With over 30 years of experience in Physiotherapy, Arti qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1994 from the University of Wolverhampton BSc (Hons). She has since had roles as a Lead Physiotherapist in ITU medicine in Eastbourne, an Associate Physiotherapist at St. Paul’s Physio and an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner in the NHS (The Dudley Group of Hospitals). She is currently working at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham.
Arti is highly experienced in assessing and treating a wide variety of complex musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, and is qualified in a number of MSK medicine disciplines, including acupuncture and injection therapy.
Certified with a Level II qualification in the Watson Headache Approach, under the direct supervision of Dr Dean Watson.
Arti specialises in the management of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), trained in the Epley Manouvre, she effectively treats patients with dizziness and balance disorders.
Arti adopts a holistic and patient-centred approach, combining her technical skills and empathy to help patients regain their quality of life.

Strength & Conditioning Coach | Soft Tissue Therapist
With over 10 years of experience in Strength & Conditioning, Morgan qualified as a Graduate Strength & Conditioning Coach in 2023 from the University of Bedfordshire BSc (Hons). He has provided coaching and sports science support to various sports organisations, including Ampthill RUFC 1stXV squad, Bedford Blues RFC, University of Bedfordshire, Halas Hawks FC U14s, Academy Martial Arts, Empower Martial Arts and Empower Strength & Conditioning.
Morgan also has a role as a Researcher and Visiting Lecturer in Biomechanics at the University of Bedfordshire - Institute of Sport and Physical Activity Research (ISPAR), specialising in dynamic warm-up modalities (e.g., post-activation potentiation) to enhance performance in strength-power sports and minimising soft tissue injury risk. He is currently working towards a PhD entitled “Chronic Adaptations to Long-Term Post-Activation Potentiation Exposure on Fast and Slow Stretch-Shortening Cycle Jump Performances”, supervised by Dr Laura Charalambous, Dr Iain Fletcher and Dr Cheryl Barford.
Holding a range of qualifications in soft tissue therapy (Level IV) and exercise referral (Level III), Morgan has experience in soft tissue injury rehabilitation and clinical exercise, including asthma, Crohn’s disease, Colitis, diabetes mellitus, fibromyalgia and hypertension.
