Arti Shah is a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist with three decades of clinical experience and expertise. She qualified from Wolverhampton University with a BSc (Hons) in 1994. Her special interest in treating patients with vertigo, BPPV, vestibular disorders started in 2000.

Our Facility

Based at Empower Studio on Bagley Street in Stourbridge (DY9 7AR), our high-quality, professional physiotherapy and rehabilitation services are accessible. We are proud to have the luxury of housing both a dedicated Physiotherapy Clinic and a specialist Strength & Conditioning Gym on site. We have free parking available on site and easy access via public transport (312 feet from Hickman Street Bus Stop, 0.8 miles from Stourbridge Bus Station).

  • In our specialist Physiotherapy Clinic, we use advanced manual therapy techniques to aid in the treatment and management of headaches, migraines, vertigo and a vast range of complex musculoskeletal conditions. This is also where we conduct thorough objective examinations to identify the underlying causes of sports and soft tissue injuries through strength, range of motion and special tests.

  • Our specialist 96m² air-conditioned Strength & Conditioning Gym is fully kitted with commercial grade gym equipment, including but not limited to, squat racks, weight benches, free-weights and resistance bands. This provides the perfect space for rehabilitation and functional assessment of sports and soft tissue injuries. We also have a range of sports and exercise science equipment (e.g., ActivForce 2, Blazepods, JustJump System, Takei Leg and Back Dynamometer) to track your return to sport.
